1. Are any of your family members musicians? If
so, what do they do?
No -- my mom is tone deaf! But my uncle is Paul Jabara who wrote "Last
Dance," "It's Raining Men," "Enough is Enough," and "The
Main Event" back in the days of Disco!
2. What has been the highlight of your One World
Symphony career to date?
Singing the Count in Nozze di Figaro.
3. What would you say is your favourite piece
of music?
wheeeh that's a toughy...I don't have one...I love the Cavelleria Intermezzo
and Verdi's "Rigoletto"
4. What's the best thing about One World Symphony?
Best -- the orchestra
5. What music do you listen to in the car or subway?
Everything from Alanis Morisette to the Who to Piero Cappuccilli to the Beatles
to a cappella jazz!
6. What is your favourite drink?
Espresso Martini
7. When you do have some free time, how do you
relax?
Fish...hang out with friends/family...go to the beach...
8. Why do you continue to perform with One World
Symphony when you can perform with other ensembles that would
offer more financial benefits?
Because it's great experience and all of the people involved in the organization
are GOOD PEOPLE.
9. If you weren't a musician what would you be?
I've been told I'm not a musician...just kidding...I guess president of the
United States.
10. Why would you recommend to other musicians
and public to participate with One World Symphony?
Because it's a haven of really good music and people.
11. What are your hobbies?
Tennis, fishing.
