1. Are any of your family members musicians? If so, what do they do?
My sister does some choir singing and my dad and I sang in the choir while I was growing up. I came to singing after watching my sister sing in high school and I worked with her teacher for a while.

2. What has been the highlight of your One World Symphony career to date?
Finally getting to sing Don Ottavio after so many people said I should do it.

3. What would you say is your favourite piece of music?
Lately, The Presentation of the Rose in Der Rosenkavalier

4. What's the best thing about One World Symphony?
I think it was the Magic Flute/Falstaff concert. Before my entrance as Tamino in Act 2 finale, I felt a great calm determination in the orchestra, like we were boldly stepping into this great musical scene.

...And the worst moment (if any)?
First run of the only Magic Flute/Falstaff rehearsal

5. What music do you listen to in the car or subway?
I really dig silence.

6. What is your favourite drink?
Grey goose and orange juice

7. What was the most recent book you read?
A Practical Guide to Christian Meditation

8. When you do have some free time, how do you relax?
Meditation and cleaning the house. Biking around town

9. Why do you continue to perform with One World Symphony when you can perform with other ensembles that would offer more financial benefits?
The opportunity to try new types of repertoire. The opportunity to sing with a nice orchestra full of good players

10. If you had the opportunity to time travel, when and where would you prefer to live?
I would be a tribesman in Brazil sometime before the Europeans invaded. The rainforest seems really romantic and I would love to not have to worry about money and rent and whether my Windows software is legitimate or not.

11. If you weren't a musician what would you be?
A theoretical physicist or a priest

12. Why would you recommend to other musicians and public to participate with One World Symphony?
It's a great place to try new repertoire and a wonderful opportunity to meet other musicians in the area.

13. What are your hobbies?
Bicycling, hiking, incessant organizing, reading and meditation.
